Death's Head Monument. Depicts a monkey's skull placed in a stone throne shaped like a seat. A text runs across the front of this seat, and records the eighth anniversary of Kan B'alam's accession and the attendant dedication of the Cross Group sanctuaries. Below this drawing is the two-column name phrase of the artist, found on the cartouches on the left and right sides of the monument. A fragment of a text from Structure 15 is also included.
